Ahmed Ben Kebil: Important Information

To, my family, my close people, my friends, my partners and my clients!

After careful consideration, I decided to write you this letter because I felt the need and i owe it to you. As you know, since 2 years now, you can see by searching my name on all search engines like Google, Yahoo, ... and others, a repetition of WARNING, ACHTUNG, ATTENTION ... followed by swear words and slander. All on a site or sites looks like official ones with a dubious reputation and are just dump the service of people who are not worth more than their injuries.

Freedom of expression is a right inescapable in our world, needed to emancipation of humanity and democracy. But freedom of speech is not freedom to slander. It must remain a means of freedom on condition it does not become criminal and not used to try to demolish the reputations and revenge by accusing without proof. Especially when the slanderers use the internet, hiding behind the anonymity of the screen and use fake names, which becomes a crime in addition to being cowardice!

Yes, Internet is the essential new information tool today, but fortunately the human judgments and vision of honest men and women remains dominant to share things between true and false, so I'm keeping confidence in human ethics. There is no doubt that when you draw sympathy, it also attracts lightning! Is this the price of success? Or simply wanton acts? It was the time when we admired the success, today it is jealousy. Would this become a generality? I hope not. As we have the right to speak, so I have the right to answer, and my answer will be the subject of this letter.

YOU, my family, who without your love, your support and confidence, there long as I give up. YOU, who taught me integrity, trust, generosity and that failures are only one step on the path to success. YOU, my closest people, that of near or far, shows me that there are still those values and principles in a world of cruel and uncompromising. YOU, my friends who do not stop believing in me with loyalty and without change to me. YOU, my clients, who despite the inconveniences caused by the consequences of my companies, despite the pressure and rumors that could hurt you too. You accept the default order to try to find solutions and continue to believe in our future collaboration, I hope that very soon.

It would not be fair to not mention a few bankers and lawyers who have always trusted and never doubt, nor of my projects or my truth. To them, a big thanks.

When the "OTHER", the so-called "friends", "Brothers," "partners" or even "neighbors", "fake clients" or "unknown" ... These, days of glory, were at the forefront to enjoy the benefits, goods, invitations and my contacts. These "other" were simply "Rats" who leaves a ship pitching. To them, I say that a ship pitching in the storm is not always obvious that it flows. They only release it of an unnecessary heavy load. Incapable of gratitude, they deserve only contempt and ignorance ... with all their rumors, insults, lies and elaborate effort and cowards, they can never disguise the truth.

Dear all, the only way to silence the rumor is justice. It was to justice to show the true from the false and not let these cowards behind their screen making process by malicious intent, only by revenge, jealousy or all at once.

That's why I held to express myself, only after appealing to justice. From October 2010 the light was done and justice has concluded that all this was that slander, libel and lies. I thank the Court of justice for its work to restore their rights to those who deserved it. Quod Fecit Lux, Lux Facta est: light has to be made, and light was done!

To my family and my loved ones again THANK YOU! It is through you and for you that I live. To my partners and colleagues, the challenge of innovation, ideas and success always inspires me and animate me. My will to go on to more fighting and success is even greater in order to bring a small stone to an edifice, full of challenges and competition: the edifice of innovation. With god’s help and yours. All this with you and thanks to you.
